Being grateful is a big part of the manifestation process, as well as an aid to personal happiness. This week, I would like to encourage you to sit down with a nice cup of herbal tea and write down what you are in fact grateful for.
If you can make it five points, thats great! If you can make it ten – even better! It will help you raise your vibration through the roof and you ll start the day with a completly different mindset, trust me!
I like to keep a gratitude list next to my mirror in the bathroom or you could write it down in a notebook and carry it with you, so you can remind yourself during the day, when things get a little tough.
If you are trying to manifest, it is absolutely vital to get into a very calm space that is filled with gratitude and love instead of fear. I tend to wake up wit anxiety of what I NEED in my life, rather than what I trust the universe to give me.
Making a list of all the wonderful things you already have in your life, will make it a state of mind to trust, that the universe will bring even more wonderful things into your life, if not better!
