The Lazy Girls‘ Smoothie Bowl

Of course I am in love with this smoothie bowl business. Why? Because it looks awsome, you feel healthy just instagraming it.

Also, I am just as sad as all of us fitness and superfood obsessed girls out there, trying to optimize my life to the fullest. Totally guilty!

All the superfood movement aside, eating this in the morning makes me happy and lets face it – this is why we are all here!

It makes me feel healthy and ready to start the day right. Plus, look at the Pictures… it does look like a summer holiday in a bowl.

I have learned, that as Long as you use frozen fruit, you can do almost anything you want. My current favourite recipie:

1 Cup of frozen berries

1 Mango

1 Banana

1 handful of shredded almonds

3 tsp coconut flakes

1 tsp honey

2 Cups of milk (almond, milkmilk or even greek yoghurt work)

1 tsp Baobab powder

First, mix the milk with the berries, add the Baobab powder and mix again. Cut up the fruit, decorate with coconut flakes, honey and almonds – et voila – thats it.
